We encourage all of our paddlers to review and participate in our extended training programs as a tool to stay fit and ready for the Spring Paddling season. The Fall/Winter training schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm, and Saturdays at 9:00am. Paddlers will also spend this time preparing themselves in the gym for winter training based on the training schedules and exercise program recommended by Coach Mossman. The gym schedule and exercise details can be found on the program page.
