Join our 2020 AGM Virtually on November 10

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Tuesday, November 10 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. This will be an online event with webinar details to follow. It is important that we have good turnout to hear about all that is happening at PRCC, contribute to discussions, and for members to vote on the incoming board member positions.

We have nominations for all Executive positions, but we are still looking for nominations for Fundraising Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Special Olympics Representative, and another Athlete Representative.

The Communications Director will look after social media, the PRCC website, newsletter and other member communications. The Fundraising Director will be responsible for sourcing and applying for grants and sponsorships, potentially running a Go Fund Me campaign, and devising other ways of fundraising. These positions can draw on the larger membership to create committees to share the workload and exchange innovative ideas.
